Watermelon Granita

  • 6 cups watermelon cubed
  • 3 limes juiced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • mint leaves for garnish


  • Blend watermelon, lime juice, and sugar together. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish and place in the freezer.
  • Freeze for 2 hours and then remove the dish from the freezer. Use a fork to scrap the frozen mixture to create a snowy texture.
  • Scoop the mixture into a cup and garnish with mint.
