Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower, riced
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries or other frozen fruit
  • 2 TBSP protein powder
  • 1 cup greek yogurt of your choice
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until desired consistency is reached.
